Minami is a leader in the field of acoustics, with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the electro-acoustic industry. We specialize in developing and manufacturing electro-acoustic components and devices. In the beginning, we focused on traditional acoustics, specializing in speaker and loudspeaker technologies. More recently, we have expanded into full-scale headphone manufacturing by integrating acoustics with structural components, and electronic elements. We provide top global brands with intelligent headphone ODM solutions and are actively exploring new products such as AR glasses, marking our transition from traditional electro-acoustics to integrated sound, light, and electronics solutions.

We collaborate closely with premium domestic and international brands, including SENNHEISER, PHILIPS, MOTOROLA, CORSAIR, NOTHING, GN GROUP, BOSE, DECATHLON, MARSHALL, Anker Innovations, OPPO, VIVO, Transsion, among others.

Drawing upon years of production management experience, we have developed and upgraded our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The system is built on eight core modules: workshop resource management, comprehensive planning and execution, meticulous material management, lean manufacturing practices, real-time quality control, equipment management, production documentation, and performance reporting. By managing and integrating these modules, we can achieve real-time management and operational monitoring of quality, cost, and delivery. Our MES provides us with comprehensive process information as well as material traceability throughout production lines, from work orders through materials, all the way up to the final products. This allows for both forward and backward traceability of products, production process information and materials, which means we can achieve rigorous quality control and monitoring, starting from incoming material inspections and continuing up to the finished product shipments. We have strategically placed manufacturing facilities in Ganzhou in Jiangxi, Zhongshan in Guangdong, and Penang in Malaysia. These locations effectively meet the product demands of customers both domestically and internationally. The establishment of our Penang facility in particular enhances our ability to serve international brands in the increasingly complex environment of global trade.
